To create a new repair plan:
- Click New Plan on the right.
-
If the VIN is known, type it into the provided field of the Vehicle Information section.
- The vehicle's year, make, model, and trim level will populate based on this information.
-
If the VIN is unknown, choose the vehicle's Year, OEM, and Model from the drop-down menus in the Vehicle Information section.
- Choose the vehicle's color from the Exterior Color drop-down menu.
- If desired, type the Repair Order number in the provided field.
- In the Damage Areas section:
- Click a circle indicating the primary impact. (This will be noted by a large circle with a star and listed next to Primary Impact.)
