Viewing the Single-Use Parts Report

A Single-Use Parts report is a list of all single-use (one-time use) parts required in a repair plan, available once procedures have been added.  

Note: If Single-Use Parts appear in multiple repair procedures within the same plan, they will appear multiple times in the report.

To view the report: 

1. Using the My Plans or All Plans tabs, find and open the repair plan.
2. If it does not display automatically, click Workspace from the left side panel.
   
3. Click Single‑Use Parts Report to generate the report.
   
4. A list of all single-use parts will appear in a pop-up window.
   
   From here, you can: 
   1. Click Print from the top toolbar to print the report. 
   2. Click Download PDF from the top toolbar to save the report as a PDF to your computer. (Any images displaying when this is clicked will be included in the PDF.)
   3. Click to toggle Show All Images on in the top toolbar to view images of the parts that need replaced. 
   4. Click a part name to view an image of the part. 
   5. Click a procedure name to open the procedure it belongs to.
