Features
When you connect your CCC and RepairLogic accounts, you reduce manual work, keep your team aligned, and make repair documentation easier to share. Three features enable this automatically:
Auto-Creation of Repair Plans
When an estimate is saved in CCC, RepairLogic automatically creates a repair plan for that vehicle — with the vehicle information and damage areas (Points of Impact) already filled in. There is no need to manually start a plan or re-enter data that already exists in your estimate.
Every plan created this way appears on the Repair Plan home page, ready to be worked on. Plans that have not yet been assigned to a planner appear in the Unassigned tab, giving shops a clear view of which vehicles have been estimated but not yet planned.
What this means for your shop: Less duplicate entry, no missed vehicles, and better visibility into your team's repair planning activity.
Estimate Navigator
From your CCC estimate, click the RepairLogic button to open it in a new tab. Once open, clicking any motor group in CCC — such as Front Bumper or Quarter Panel — automatically navigates RepairLogic to that same category.
This is especially useful for shops working across two monitors, where an estimator or planner has CCC open on one screen and RepairLogic on the other.
What this means for your shop: Less time searching and switching between apps.
Comprehensive Repair Package — Automatic Sync
RepairLogic automatically generates a Comprehensive Repair Package (CRP) for any plan linked to a CCC estimate. The CRP combines three documents into one:
- Full Repair Plan
- Single-Use Parts Report
- Calibrations Report
Once procedures have been added to the plan, this document syncs to the CCC file automatically and stays current as work continues. It can also be synced on demand or downloaded from RepairLogic to be shared directly with carriers, customers, or internally.
What this means for your shop: Your repair documentation stays current and is always accessible from CCC, without any manual uploads or extra steps.
Upgrading to Unlock the CCC Integration
If you are an existing RepairLogic customer, you may have already seen prompts to add the CCC integration. The CCC integration prompt appears in two places:
-
In-app banner: A banner at the top of your Repair Plans page invites you to learn more about the CCC integration. Clicking Learn More takes you directly to the Integrations page, where the details modal opens automatically.
-
Plan-level prompt: When viewing an individual Repair Plan, you may see a Connect CCC prompt. Clicking this will also take you to the Integrations page to get started.
On the Integrations page, a details modal will appear showing an overview of what the CCC integration includes and its pricing. Click Get Started to begin. From here, the setup process is the same for all customers. Continue to the Connecting RepairLogic and CCC section below to complete your connection.

Multi-location shops (MSO): If your account includes more than one location, you will see a location selector before connecting. Use the dropdown to select the correct shop location you want to connect to CCC. It is important to match the right RepairLogic location to the right CCC location to ensure estimates flow to the correct shop.
-
If you have already purchased the CCC Integration: Click Allow and Connect to proceed.
- You will be directed to CCC Secure Share. Once there, locate RepairLogic in the marketplace.
- Multi-location shops (MSO): Just as in RepairLogic, if you are part of an MSO, ensure that the correct location is selected when connecting CCC Secure Share.
- Select the RepairLogic app to begin. You will see a summary of the data that will be shared between CCC and RepairLogic. Review the information and click Next to continue.
- Review the settings and proceed through the Confirm step to finalize.

Frequently Asked Questions
Setup and Connection Questions
Do I need to set up the connection in both RepairLogic and CCC Secure Share?
- Yes. The connection requires steps in both platforms. We recommend starting in RepairLogic — go to My Account > Integrations and select Connect on the CCC Secure Share card. This will guide you through the process and take you to CCC Secure Share to complete the setup from there.
I started the setup in CCC Secure Share first — what do I do next?
- RepairLogic will send you an email with a link to complete the connection on the RepairLogic side. Click Connect CCC in that email, log in if prompted, and follow the steps to finish the setup.
I have multiple shop locations. Do I need to connect each one separately?
- Yes. Each location needs to be connected individually to ensure estimates flow to the correct shop. You will be prompted to select your location during the setup process on both the RepairLogic and CCC Secure Share sides.
What happens if I connect the wrong location?
- You can disconnect your location on the Integrations page. Any existing plans created from the connection will remain.
Auto-Creation of Repair Plans Questions
Will a Repair Plan be created for every estimate saved in CCC, including ones that don't become a repair order?
- Yes. A Repair Plan is created in RepairLogic each time an estimate is saved in CCC, regardless of whether it becomes a repair order. Plans that have not been assigned to a planner will appear in the Unassigned queue. You can use the queue to review and prioritize which vehicles need attention.
What information is pre-populated when a plan is automatically created?
- The plan is created with the vehicle information and damage areas (Points of Impact) from your CCC estimate already filled in. Procedures are not pre-populated and will need to be added manually.
Where do I find the plans that were automatically created from my CCC estimates?
- Plans will appear on the Repair Plan home page in RepairLogic. Plans that have not yet been assigned to a planner will also appear on the Unassigned tab.
Will the integration bring over my existing CCC estimates, or only new ones going forward?
- The CCC integration will only create Repair Plans for estimates created or saved after the integration is active. An existing estimate that is no longer active (no save events in CCC) will not come over automatically.
What is the difference between My Plans, Unassigned Plans, and All Plans?
- My Plans are all plans assigned to you as the planner. All Plans are all plans created at your location, regardless of assigned owner. The Unassigned tab shows all plans without an assigned owner — this is where all CCC integration-created plans will start.
Estimate Navigator Questions
How do I start using Estimate Navigator from CCC?
- From your CCC estimate, click the RepairLogic button to open RepairLogic in a new browser tab. Once that tab is open, clicking any motor group in your CCC estimate will automatically navigate RepairLogic to that same area.
Does Estimate Navigator work if I only have one monitor?
- Yes. Estimate Navigator will function on a single monitor the same as on two monitors.
Why did clicking the button in CCC open a new browser tab instead of navigating my existing RepairLogic tab?
- The first click opens a new tab to RepairLogic with information from CCC that creates a link to the currently open estimate. There is no way to detect whether a previously opened RepairLogic tab already exists.
Does the integration work with both CCC Desktop and CCC Web?
- Yes. The CCC integration works with both Desktop and Web.
Comprehensive Repair Package Questions
When does the CRP automatically sync to CCC?
- The CRP will sync to your CCC file automatically once procedures have been added to the linked plan. It will continue to update as the plan is worked. You can also trigger a sync on demand.
Where do I find the CRP in RepairLogic?
- The CRP can be found in the Download bar or on the Share Documents page.
What does "Nothing to Sync" mean?
- This message appears when no procedures have been added to your Repair Plan yet. Once procedures are added, the CRP will be generated and automatically sync to CCC.
