Changing Your Password

Users can change their password at any time. 

Passwords must: 

• Be eight characters in length
• Contain at least one lower and uppercase character
• Contain at least one number

To change your password:

1. Click your user name in the upper right hand corner. 
   
2. Click My Account from the menu options. 
   
3. Click the Change Password tab. 
   
4. Type your Old Password in the provided field.
   
5. Type a new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields. 
   
6. When ready, click Change Password.
