Resetting Your Password

If you forget your password to RepairLogic, use the Forgot Password option on the login page to reset your password. 

Passwords must contain: 

• At least eight characters
• One or more uppercase and lowercase letters
• One or more numbers

To reset your password: 

1. Click Forgot Password from the login page. 
   
2. Enter your Email address in the provided field and click Submit. 
   
   
   1. A success message will display once submitted. 
3. Check your inbox for a Reset Password email.
   1. Note: This can take up to seven minutes to appear. 
4. Click the Reset Password option in the email.
   
   
   1. If the button does not work, click the provided hyperlink. 
5. Enter a new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
   
6. When ready, click Update Password.
